Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined.
Availability and delivery
We offer both in-stock and made-to-order pieces. Availability for your selected color and size is shown beneath the Add to Cart button.
In-stock pieces:
Ship within 1 business day. Delivery to U.S. addresses typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Made-to-order pieces:
Crafted especially for you by our artisans in Italy, through our uniquely flexible manufacturing process. This reduces waste while allowing us to offer a wider selection of beautiful pieces.
Your order will be completed and ready to ship within 2 to 3 weeks of being received.
Shipping to the United States
Shipping is complimentary, with no import duties charged to you.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping is complimentary, with no Canadian customs duties charged to you. Customers are responsible for any applicable Canadian import taxes.
Orders shipped to Canada are not eligible for returns. To reflect this policy, Canadian customers can enjoy 30% off with code CANADA. This code cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Shipping to Other Countries
We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.
