U.S. returns and exchanges
To arrange a return or exchange for an order shipped to the United States, simply visit our Return Portal.
Return window and complimentary shipping
Return shipping is always complimentary for U.S. returns, including those sent after the 30-day window.
For a refund to your original payment method, please ship your return within 30 days of the date we shipped your order.
Returns shipped after this 30-day window are eligible for store credit.
Please return your pieces in their original packaging and in like-new condition.
Exchanges
Once your return has been delivered and approved, we’ll arrange your exchange. If your replacement piece is made to order, our artisans in Italy will craft it especially for you. Please see our Payment & Shipping policy for in-stock and made-to-order shipping timelines.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method 10 business days after your return has been delivered and approved.
Orders shipped to Canada
Orders shipped to Canada are not eligible for returns. To reflect this policy, Canadian customers can enjoy 30% off with code CANADA. This code cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
