Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS and EXCHANGES INSTRUCTIONS

To initiate a Return or an Exchange, simply go to our Return Portal by clicking HERE.

Should you choose to exchange, your exchange order will ship to you as soon as your returned order has been delivered and approved. Otherwise, if you choose to receive a refund, a refund will be credited to the original form of payment 10 business days after your return is delivered and approved.

Items must be returned in their original packaging in a like-new condition.

Return shipping is FREE for all orders shipped before the 30-day window expires. 30-day return window begins from the date we shipped the order to you. 

Returns shipped after 30 days from the order ship date are eligible for a store credit.
